The worst customer service experience Iâve ever had to endure. Multiple texts with completion dates that were never realized. Shifting blame to insurance company for lack of payment and communication. And, why did it take 3 weeks to repair dimples (dents caused by a deer) and resolve whatever issues that supposedly existed with insurance company? All I heard were excuses and bragging about the number repair shops owned and managed by Roccoâs Collision.
