Yes the work appeared professional and complete. . However a gadget was not replaced under the dash inside the vehicle. It was a gadget which controls the ECO driving system,

Hi Overall I was pleased with the work Rocco's have delivered. Even though my sun glasses I left on the dash were not in the vehicle when it was returned to me. They were left on the dash in the front window.

Anya and Ray answered all questions I had and kept me updated on repairs. Although I felt bad that I couldn’t drop off or pick up until close to closing, they were super friendly about it and didn’t mind.

The body work was exceptionally well done, but I seem to believe fast mess going on n reference to the administrative side. All state and shop prolonging to change my claim name & number so I couldn’t get the deductible payment plan. All state networking with them telling them to not work on my car until a certain time costing me over $2000 n transportation & rental car. Changing the repair shop from the city location to the country location. When I picked up my car the running hot sensor light was on, I had to miss work n Brooklyn New York , and take my car to the body shop for them to fix the problem I personally think they thought I didn’t have my deductible

No one from the shop informed us that the insurance company put the car on hold for further inspection. That is the only thing that I can say everything else was great. Dealing with Zach at the red lion location he was really great.
