The staff inside helping during the repair not only getting me the status updated daily but they also got a pair of baseball cleats out of my car that my son needed for a game. ALSO it looked like the detailed my car as well. Looked great!!

The only thing i would suggest is continuity of messaging between the text messages and calls from the shop. There seemed to be a disconnect between when I was texted my car would be ready and when it was actually ready.

Pleasant customer service- not just front office people. Mechanic helped me with information that car rental would returning me to Rock Collision once I dropped off rental. It would be helpful to remove ‘We will call you soon to arrange pick up.’ from automatic text saying car is ready.
