I had a disappointing experience with this repair shop. When I finally picked up my car, they hadn’t even reinstalled my license plate. On top of that, they damaged the other side of my bumper — the side that was originally fine — which forced me to go back another day for additional repairs. Even worse, they failed to properly refill and bleed the hybrid coolant system after the repair. Shortly after driving my car the next day for few minutes, it showed an overheating warning. I had to take it to another repair shop promptly on a Saturday (since they are closed Sat/Sun), where they discovered air trapped in the coolant system. They had to completely remove the air and refill the coolant correctly. Overall, this experience cost me extra time, stress, and additional expenses. I wish they would pay better attention to details in the future.
