Real bad. Whole process was delayed a month because they never called me and told me they still needed something from the insurance company. I called multiple times with no call back. One time I even joked with the guy who answered saying that I had no trust in him giving the manager or tech a message because I wouldn’t get a call back anyway. He promised me that would not be the case. Guess what, STILL no call back. I finally just had to call and wait on hold to get an update on my truck. I was told conflicting updates when I did talk to someone and it was delayed multiple times.
