Rock Collision was recommended by a close friend and I’m so glad I took my vehicle there. Donnie was there to answer all of my questions, helped me take photos to submit to the insurance and told me step by step what would happen through the whole process of getting my vehicle repaired. Once I got my vehicle back I was very pleased with the work. I will be sure to let anyone who needs repair work to go to Rock Collision and speak to Donnie Boyd.

Until Mike got there, I was very unsatisfied. My pickup date for my vehicle kept getting pushed back, I was never given the full story or ETA of my vehicle, and was never called back when I was told I would be. Mike did great about smoothing over the situation and communicating regularly with what was going on. Everyone should be like Mike.

Rock Collision is the place for getting your vehicle repaired ive needed to get my vehicle repaired twice and ive only taken it to Rock Collision. The customer service is friendly and the estimators are helpful for when you are trying to understand what needs to be done. The work they do on the cars is also stellar, the painter Raul is like picasso in the paint booth and left my front bumper looking better than when it was new. Though some parts did take longer to get here because of supply chain shortages they shop still was able to work with me in getting my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend Rock collision to any one of my family members or friends in need of a repair
