Jacob was outstanding from the first time we talked with him. Our vehicle had been damaged at a local GMC dealership and sent to Rock for repairs. While there, our vehicle was further damaged by a tow truck on site. Jacob was calm, courteous, and professional throughout the entire unfortunate situation. He held the tow company responsible, worked with their insurance agent, and coordinated a second rental car for us to drive. Jacob kept us updated regularly and was there to have one small adjustment made on the spot at pick up. Our GMC Acadia came out looking like new. Both repairs are imperceptible. The metallic paint and pinstripes appear to match perfectly. Job well done. Our thanks go out to Jacob and Rock Collision for making a bad situation the best we could have hoped for.
