“Outstanding customer service” everything was explained to me every step of the way. Jose was the best!! My car looks as good as new and I love the fact that you even washed and detailed the inside(even floor mats). Body work done looks super. Customer service is excellent but the end result still required remediation. 4/5 stars only because I have to come back for bumper repairs that should have been resolved in the initial visit.

Jose was outstanding in keeping me updated on the recurring delay tactics of Allstate. Due to the length of time it took them to provide an estimate for repair, 2 weeks to approve their estimate for repairs, delays in approval of the supplemental since their estimate was $1,000+ too low to repair the car, delays in approval to order parts and their failure to pay Rock Collision so I could pick-up my car on completion. They are now placed on Farmers Insurance list of companies that their clients will no longer be allowed to file claims. Customers will now be advised to file under their Farmers coverage to get their car back in a reasonable period of time and Allstate will be required to address repair costs through subrogation. The car looks as good as new; I cannot tell that it was ever damaged. Kudos to Jorge for the paint job - it’s outstanding! Thanks to everyone who helped in repairing my Acura RDX.
