I would inform anyone going in to follow up with the shop or request to go over work to be done ahead of the repair. I was disappointed that I was not kept in the loop about the repair process.

Excellent body and paint work. Perfect paint match and blend, no mottling of the metallic. Clearcoat was laid out beautifully and matches adjacent panels.

The insurance repair, along with the prior damage repair, was flawless and beautiful. The woman who answers the phone is terrific and truly sets the tone for the customer experience. As the primary person customers interact with, she is warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive. My only disappointment was regarding the quote for the prior road gator damage. The estimate included only the hood and driver side front quarter panel damage, but not the front driver-side bumper. Ultimately, it was my fault for forgetting there was also damage to the driver-side bumper, so when I approved the repair, I believed everything had been included. Had the driver-side bumper repair been included in the estimate, I absolutely would have had that repaired as well.

Everything looks straight and put together correctly, and I appreciate the work that went into the repair. That said, I did notice the paint on the replaced bumper doesn’t quite match the rest of the vehicle. I understand that matching paint can be challenging, but there is a visible difference between the two shades of white.
