I'd still recommend it if the work turns out to be good when it is finally done. The complaint here is the communication end.

The work is still not completed and we are not sure if all parts are now at Rocky's and when we can realistically expect it to be done. The notification system also needs to be updated because we've spoken by phone to Rocky's and they have confirmed it is not ready but all notices electronically are for a completed job. Please update.

They are friendly and responsive. We just want to know exactly where things currently stand and when we can expect the job to be done. We wasted a lot of money on car rentals because of original estimates of a Dec completion. Ultimately we bought a used car as a 2nd car because of how much we were spending to rent and the ETA repeatedly get pushed back and then not updated for us without us calling to check.
