Overall, the service was good, and the repairs were done to most of the vehicle. But.....the driver's seat is not stable, the car grinds Luke a truck,, and the 2nd row seating carpet and door panels are still very damaged. For the price that was charged, I expected more to be fixed

This vehicle belongs to Cheryl Stapleton...I was able to pick up my car just before I had back surgery. Because of that,I haven't been driving it. But I did notice that the drivers seat was not secured, and it rocked back and forth. The radio and CD player still does not work, and the engine sounds like it is grinding or there is something grinding somewhere. I was hoping to at least cover up where all the chewing was on the door panels, but no attempt was made to make it even look nice. I am thankful for what has been done, but because of your good reputation, I was a bit surprised that nothing was done to the door panels.
