Seemed very unorganized on top of the fact the car was totaled two months after I reached out and scheduled with you guys.

Very upset, took car in February for an estimate on the accident body damage to the car. Was scheduled an appointment one month out, when I brought it in, in another weeks time find out the car is totaled. No communication between collision repair and my insurance. Took from February until the end of April to get this figured out.
