Originally told it would take about a week to do. Took 2 and had I not pushed because I was leaving for vacation would have been longer. I had to rent a car which is not cheap. 5 days after dropping my truck off I stopped to see if any progress was made and the truck looked exactly the same as when I left it. Granted I understand they may have needed it for measurements etc...but can't help but wonder if I could have still been driving it instead of paying for a rental. When I did pick it up they did tell me they had to order additional lights and would install after my vacation. after leaving I could hear a rub of sorts...eventually realizing the cover for the headlight behind the fender was not secured and part of it broke when rubbed against the tire and now needs replaced. Also something must have been knocked loose in the electrical because the sensor on the drivers side handle no longer works. Upon return from vacation I did schedule to have the additional lights put in and explained the additional issues and was told they would be fixed. So hopeful this happens. The body work that was done does look good and they have been very friendly.

When I dropped off the truck the day of the appt I was told they meant to call about issues with ordering the new bumper which then delayed getting the new bumper...which may be why it took longer to get my truck back...but would have been nice to have known earlier so I could have gotten the new one ordered earlier

Great job but some wax was left on the car. Looks great where it was hit…just like new and some of the scratch marks were buffed out as we talked about. Did a good job!

No cordination and my truck was blocked in by load of cars by car wash when I went to get it after being told it would be up front with keys since after 5:00.

I would prefer to get updates as progress happens. Instead I had to keep calling to get updates and information.
