Parts were back ordered for months. I was scheduled to come in on Monday but was told they were behind and may start on Wednesday. I said this is my work truck and couldn't leave it more than a week. So my truck was completed the following Wednesday, 8 days. When I agree to a schedule I expect the work to start then and to be completed 5 days later as I was told it would be.

The work was great, but l would tell them to get more information and call each week themselves. We could have had a loaner,but when they said it maybe a week, or week and 1/2 l elected not. Then it was a month. Was very inconvenient
