The overall time it took to get my vehicle back was way too long. Adding to the fact that my vehicle sat outside for just about a week in the same exact spot where I parked it when dropping it off, before anything was ever done. My mistake was not being more on top of the repair due to the fact that everyone there was nice and respectful, but looking back on the situation it was just one excuse after another and in my opinion a lack of being self directed towards finding solutions to problems they ran into. Additionally I’m very very let down by the lack of craftsmanship of the painter as well as the shop, the entire job looks very bad and runny. Lastly I never received any updates on my vehicle, each and every time I had to personally go and ask.
