This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Our car was damaged when it was hit in a parking lot. Levi was very clear in communication - in person, on the phone, and by email. He was always available to answer all questions, despite being quite busy. Once we brought the vehicle in, the repairs were done in a very timely manner. We received periodic emails with updates on the repair process. At no point did we feel unsure of what was happening or when the repairs would be complete. Not only was the repair was excellently executed, but they went way above and beyond what was expected by detailing the entire inside of the car. It had been quite a mess, and we couldn’t believe that they tackled that task, completely voluntarily and with no obligation or expectation to do so. Our car has not looked this good inside and out in many years. They obviously care a lot for the cars they work on. We would have no hesitation recommending this shop. Thank you!
