We are a small shop within the Mercedes Benz building. We consist of 3 techs, 1 painter, and an hourly person. We have been here since 2000, and will continue to be. We have a brand new frame machine that we can utilize for heavy repairs. We also have aluminum dent puller and welding equipment for all your needs.

Someone hit my car and it required painting to match the chassis. The wheel panel looks green compared to the body of the car. I expressed this to our attentive and kind service agent. He took the vehicle back for a better paint match, but the improvement is slight. I understand that vehicle colors are hard to match, so I'm supposed to accept this variation. But, to me it's noticeable, and I wonder if the owner of a luxury car, which mine is not, would be expected to be satisfied with the situation. I don't want to cause problems; I'm not that type of person. But, you asked for my feedback, so there it is.

The first person who handled our case went on an extended medical leave and the repair fell through the cracks. I followed up and things got moving. Again, the repair was made, and the people who served me were very courteous and professional. That said, I believe there's an opportunity for improved continuity, since you asked for my feedback.
