The panel on the underside of my car was hanging down when I returned home from the shop. My brakes sound like they may have been damaged somehow, when they have recently been replaced and were not making noise prior to towing.

The body shop said my Toyota was ready...apparently it was not as the steering column is crooked and my cruise control does not work. I am dropping it off AGAIN on Tuesday morning and I expect a loaner while it is being fixed. I have exhausted my rental car finances and this body shop said my truck was ready. I need to get back and forth to work. Hopefully this can be fixed asap!

The truck is back in the shop....your body shop stinks.....Now we do not have a truck again and my husband needs to go to work. They gave us a loaner and we better not have to pay for it. This is bullshit. They gave us back an unsafe truck and now who knows when we will have our truck back. They are communicating with State Farm as we speak. This better be covered and we are not paying another deductable.

Took way too long, but Romano Ford was a big part of that. For some reason the antenna was removed from the roof & not put back on. I found it in the back seat. Too early to tell if things are good as new.

The repair took a month which is not bad but the lack of communication is a deal breaker. I ended up calling 3 times before hearing back and it still took 4 hrs for them to return that call whcih I had to leave with the dealer receptionionist because I still wasn't able to get thru to anyone in the collision shop. As for the repair, it to be done but not right in my opinion. How to do you repalce one headlight assembly and not at least clear the other side so the car looks nice, They didnt even calkl and ask if thats something I would pay extra for. Also they didnt even aim the new headlight, They couldnt have - the bulb was not installed correctly and was pointing down and to the right. I reinstalled the bulb and a few minutes readjusting the aim (by eye using my garage door) fixed that issue. Sorry to say but I doubt I will be back or recommend this shop to anyone.

I was not given a repair break down only a cost of repair. Even though this was an accident repair handled by the at fault insurance- that was not me it would have been right to see what was damaged and what was repaired as I OWN the vehicle
