I was very pleased dealing with the body shop at Ramono Toyota they made this whole process so easy. I was able to get in quickly, they let me use a loaner car which I very much appreciated. The front end looks perfect, It was very much on the whole a positive experience!

The repair looks good. Workmanship and service was also good. I am happy with the results. I am a car geek so I view things with cars much more differently. The technical reason is I saw faint orange peel on the repair. It's not bad at all, just not factory. The orange peel is better than factory jobs from GM cars. 9.9 out of 10 people would not notice. This should not be a "negative" towards anyone who worked on the car.

I was extremely happy on the turnaround. I waited 6 months for my new truck to come in on special order. Within a week of having it, I got into an accident. I expected parts and repairs to take quite some time but I was only without the truck 3 days. A clean and like new loaner was provided which was very helpful. Highly recommend Romano Toyota!
