I have unfortunately had the need for the body shops work on several occasions I’ve hit three raccoons. My ex-wife hit a deer and I slid off the road in the ice once Ron Pieper is the only place I would ever take my vehicles when you get them back, they are perfect

I couldn’t be more satisfied, everyone went above and beyond to meet my needs. Job well done, extremely satisfied. Gave me days of repairs to be done. When extended I was immediately notified. A special shout out to James keeping me posted and be do friendly and kind.

The repair work seems very good. My only issue was communication regarding when the work would be done. I was given dates of completion that were repeatedly postponed without proper notification.

Again, I was given dates of completion, then those dates would be postponed without any notice or explanation. I would show up on the appointed date only to be told “two more weeks”. A better way would have been to call me as soon as you knew you weren’t going to make the date, and let me know, as opposed to letting me come to you. I was extremely unhappy with this, and was very inclined to complain publically and to State Farm. But everyone makes mistakes, hopefully you learn from this one.
