I would never use your shop ever again! You were very disrespectful to myself and my daughter. The part that holds the engine obviously moved with the accident. You did not drive the car after you.” fixed it.” endangered my daughter‘s life and were rude disrespectful and demeaning. I would never recommend you to anyone for anything. I’m surprised you’re still in business with the attitude that you carry around and instill in your employees as well!

WE UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERNS. HOWEVER, THE REPAIRS PERFORMED ADDRESSED THE COLLISION-REALTED DAMAGE APPROVED BY YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER. THE SUSPENSION ISSUE YOU REFERENCE WAS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE VEHICLE AND WAS NOT IDENTIFIED BY THE INSURER AS ACCIDENT-RELATED. WHILE YOU OBTAINED AN OPINION FROM A LOCAL MUFFLER SHOP, THAT OPINION ALONE DOES NOT ESTABLISH THAT THE CONDITION RESULTED FROM THE COLLISION. ADDITIONALLY 2008-2015 NISSAN ROGUE MODELS ARE KNOWN TO EXPERIENCE SUBFRAME/CRADLE MOVEMENT DUE TO WORN CRADLE BUSHINGS OVER TIME. THIS WEAR-REALTED CONDITION CAN AFFECT SUSPENSION GEOMETRY AND VEHICLE HANDLING BUT IS NOT RELATED TO THE LOSS IN QUESTION. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED ESTIMATE AND RETURNED IN A SAFE AND ROADWORTHY CONDITION. WE WILL NOT COMPROMISE OUR INTEGRITY BY ATTRIBUTING DAMAGE TO A COLLISON WHEN THE AVAILABLE EVIDENCE DOES NOT SUPPORT THAT CONCLUSION. OUR RESPONSIBILITY IS TO PERFORM REPAIRS RELATED TO THE COVERED LOSS AND TO ACCURATELY REPRESENT THE CAUSE OF ANY VEHICLE CONDITION. NEITHER THE INSURANCE CARRIER NOR THE CUSTOMER BENEFITS FROM REPAIRS BEING CLASSIFIED AS COLLISION-REALTED WHEN THEY ARE NOT.
