This is the first auto body shop where the staff open my car and inspect it before introducing themselves or asking if WE (the customer and the staff) inspecting the auto. Once the receptionist stated “they’re actually looking at your car now.” I went outside and the car was opened already and Ron was inspecting it. He never introduced himself to me. I only know he was Ron because I had to ask who he was. The work was good, no issues there so far. When I picked up my car, I was just handed the keys….no walk through to check repair done or anything. Sadly, I am not 100% sure I would recommend the shop based on their lack of customer service. The process should not feel like a one way transaction.

I liked how when I called to get an estimate and if they can take my car, the lady who was speaking with was honest and direct. When I arrived told me what I needed to fill out, already highlighted what they needed. It's nice to see people take pride in their work, front end and back end, when they were inspecting my cars damage marking what needed fixing as I was explaining what had occurred. The text service was cool to get an update. When I picked up my car. Again very professional and when I saw my car not only was it washed they explained what they did and why. I have gone to them twice and they have always done a great job on my car. I would recommend them to anyone.
