I liked how when I called to get an estimate and if they can take my car, the lady who was speaking with was honest and direct. When I arrived told me what I needed to fill out, already highlighted what they needed. It's nice to see people take pride in their work, front end and back end, when they were inspecting my cars damage marking what needed fixing as I was explaining what had occurred. The text service was cool to get an update. When I picked up my car. Again very professional and when I saw my car not only was it washed they explained what they did and why. I have gone to them twice and they have always done a great job on my car. I would recommend them to anyone.

When calling who ever is answering phones needs to be more detail . There should be a list and status already waiting for greeter/operator so that she can actually knows the status . Instead of putting you on hold then coming back and says she does not know and will give a call back and never does
