I know people that had similar damage to their vehicles and they were without it for almost a month.. I love the fact that the repairs were done in a timely fashion and the work from all appearances was done very well.. Awesome job!

When I called to see when I could bring my truck in, I was told that my insurance carrier had canceled my order and I was asked how I would be paying. My blood pressure went sky high. I had to contact State farm, only to find out that no such action had taken place, I was totally covered.. When I called Roseco back, they apologized for whoever gave me the misinformation.. And I had to call myself a day before the promise date to see if it was going to be ready.. Again someone told me they called and left me a voicemail regarding my truck.. I checked and I had no voicemail from anyone at Roseco.. So not good communication skills..
