I was having a small scratch on my bumper repaired as an after sale repair from Carvana because my car was scratched before being delivered to me. I was referred to Roslund’s by the certified Audi repair shop and quickly got a quote. After the quote was approved I called to ask when I could drop off my car. I was given a date about a week and a half away and was told the repair would take 2-3 days. I dropped my car off on the appropriate day and it took 7 full days for me to get it back resulting in me having to pay out of pocket for a rental car since the time I was without my car exceeded the amount of days covered by my warranty. I will never bring my car back here and will never recommend this shop to anyone else.
