The service was done as estimate relfected. The staff were personable and kept me informed along the way. Though parts delays made for a longer service period, staff were flexible with my using the vehicle while waiting for the part as major service was complete. I returned when the part was available to complete the service.

Rotary Collision kept me informed when the expected three-day repair lasted several days longer. Through no fault of their own, the supplier twice sent the wrong bumper for my 2012 Toyota Yaris. When the work was finished, a worker cleaned and vacuumed the entire interior. Just today, I contacted Rotary Collision about some lights on my dashboard that appeared within ten miles following my pickup of the vehicle. When I advised them that my mechanic was unavailable most likely due to the holiday week and even though they knew that it was not due to their repair, they offered to help me to identify the problem which will be repaired by my usual mechanic after the holiday. Such quality care of their customers was above my expectations of an automobile repair following an accident. I am truly grateful.

Rotary collision removed dozens of dents on my 2018 Subaru caused by falling hickey nuts. I had the car back a week later and it looks terrific. Office people were helpful, courteous and friendly. Excellent experience overall.

When I was called to pick up my BMW 430i I showed and the door wouldn't shut, and the window glass was off the track. When I was called back to pick it up, the damaged chrome trim around the window wasn't replaced and I need to bring it back next week. In Monday I noticed the replaced mirror is incorrect, doesn't have the blind spot light and my car is saying the BLS system is malfunctioning.

My collision quote was exactly what I was told. The repairs came out great. The scrunched bumper was BAD, but now it looks new, again. The office people are VERY nice as they kept me in the loop several times. I would recommend the Rotary Collision in Sandwich to everyone !
