They did a great job..... The issues I mentioned above will be corrected. I overheard they implemented some new system or procedure about tracking the repair through the process and don't have all the systems worked out. It was over how the girls up front didn't know the truck was ready and to keep up with the status of the repair. It was ready on Friday after noon. My insurance company told me Saturday. When i showed up Monday the girls didn't know it was ready. It probably was that ir really wasn't ready by Roundtree's standards because it wasn't cleaned, washed, and so on but to the insurance provider it was ready and they wanted to end the rental coverage as soon as possible.

I was highly dissatisfied with the repairs provided by you guys. The same cracked rim and tire from the accident were still on my vehicle when I went to pick it up. And the rear blinker where the damage was didn’t work.
