I have little confidence that the job was done right. I asked to ensure two things were done and they werenât. I have air lift bags in the back of my truck and they were left with no air in them which could permanently damage them. My daughter cu her leg on glass that was still in the back seat because the seats werenât vacuumed. My drive shaft is making a lot of douse when accelerating from a stop. The glass had black adhesive all over it. I am sure there will be mechanical problems down the road.

To many issues to list. Begin with a cracked oil pan when it was returned and the fact that it has been nearly 9 weeks and they are still trying to get it right.

The app sent to me said my car would be ready on Friday; did not happen. I then was told they would call me on Monday; did not happen.. Took 4 calls and a very helpful operator to put me thru to a person.

It took 2.5+ weeks to get my vehicle back, which I wouldâve understood had I received updates from them. I was told I would get an update every Tuesday & Thursday regarding my vehicle. The first week went by and I heard nothing. I called several times and no one was ever available. I left voicemails with 3 different people on multiple occasions nd never received a phone call back. I had to go up to the collision center to speak to someone in person, only to find out that they hadnât even ordered the parts yet. Very frustrating.
