Family owned and operated muliti-brand Dealership/Service Center/Collision Center. Rowe specializes in Ford, Hyundai, Kia and VW, but we also work on all makes and models. Our main focus is customer satisfaction and getting you back on the road as quickly as possible with a safe repair. We also offer a lifetime warranty on your repairs as long as you own the vehicle! We understand this can be a stressful time for our customers so we look to make the process as easy as possible. Truck looks good. I got one item on my truck that that I do not recall be there so I cannot say whether it was there before I brought to your shop but it is noticeable. The bottom front if the drivers side front door is bent in a little. So the the lines don't match up.

I felt it was rushed and done too quickly. My car wouldn’t start upon pick up and it wasn’t done to my satisfaction. And I had to wait for the end of the day to pick my car back up, which made it a hassle. Had it just been done right the first time.

The collision center was great to deal with. The only problem was I pickup the truck and drove it for a couple days the is still and issue. Went back that Monday and they couldn’t fix it . Know waiting a whole week before they can look at it again. I understand everyone is busy but they had the truck for 5 weeks.
