Overall, excellent experience. Was disappointed to note that the damaged wheel cover was not replaced along with the rest of the repairs. Team immediately ordered it when requested. Wonderful customer service. Very happy. 9/10

Actually my response is both no and yes. No in that the repairs were not completed and yes that I brought it up to Adam’s attention and he has agreed to finish the repairs on a future date. He also agreed to wash my truck. Also I need to point out that I asked him if he could finish and deliver my truck before the holiday weekend and perhaps his crew was rushed. And he will take care of what needs to be done.

I know the shops are all extremely busy and some of the things I've mentioned is most likely due to short staffing and volume of repairs.

The paint color matches, pin stripe matches, and the body lines line up. Looks like a fit issue on lower plastic bumper piece near tow hook. Paint oversprayed onto tire. There is debris inside right headlight casing (behind the lense) that was not present when vehicle was dropped off for repair (repair called for r&I of headlight). Sticky tape residue left on windshield.

No need to contact. The lack of communication while our car was there is ridiculous. We will not be recommending service there to any of our friends or family.
