Our main focus is customer satisfaction and getting you back on the road as quickly as possible with a safe repair. We also offer a lifetime warranty on your repairs as long as you own the vehicle! My windshield was cracked when I picked up my car (it was not cracked at drop off), and I had to pay to get it repaired elsewhere, with no follow-up. Also, the headlight that was replaced is full of condensation, so is not sealed correctly, and the screws on the plastic inner-panel around the tire were not replaced, so the panel is loose. I sent follow up emails and inquiries, with no response. Up until pick up, I had an excellent experience, and am a long time Rowe Ford customer. So I’m pretty disappointed. I had a very negative experience at check out related to the cracked windshield.

This was my first experience with Rowe Ford. I was more than impressed with the communication, follow up and repairs completed! Kyle Raines deserves much credit for his professionalism, courtesy and communication during this process.....he even followed up for me with Enterprise and called them himself AND came outside to help me clean my car from ice and snow when he saw me doing it after I left his office 👍. My wife and I discussed this and we would like to make Rowe our new 'go to' when it comes to cars and service! We'll pass this on to our congregation also 👌 Sincerely, Rev. Richard I. Thank you 😁

The damage assessment was poorly conducted. It was necessary for me to 'push' the service folks into verifying damage to a sensor. Turns out as I told them that the sensor was not damaged. Replacement cost would have been $1.6k+ (the service rep tried to persuade me to let it go through as estimated!

Perfectly seamless process. The car looks great and the inside was even more clean than I left it and the gas tank was full! Thank you all SO much for making the aftermath of getting in an accident, so easy and hassle free. Also really appreciated the text updates because who has time to play phone tag these days!
