Our main focus is customer satisfaction and getting you back on the road as quickly as possible with a safe repair. We also offer a lifetime warranty on your repairs as long as you own the vehicle! We understand this can be a stressful time for our customers so we look to make the process as easy as possible. If a rental is used as we did have the customer drop the rental off first at enterprise. Our rental was damaged and we are not pointing fingers; enterprise was very rude and unprofessional through out the whole experience. Again no fault of Rowe Ford.

You have an excellent team at Rowe. I received the best care at Rowe. Kyle and everyone were extremely helpful. Tracy even brought my rental to me. Everyone went above and beyond! Everything was great and the staff was extremely friendly/helpful. They washed my entire car, vacuumed and cleaned the interior. Above and beyond what they needed to do. Very satisfied

Issues with Edges of new bumper cover, bumper cover is not snug and moves quite easily, back to camera is extremely poor quality and extremely dark/pixelated. Will be contacting to have issues resolved
