Our main focus is customer satisfaction and getting you back on the road as quickly as possible with a safe repair. We also offer a lifetime warranty on your repairs as long as you own the vehicle! The sales end of things were great, and if Nick is handling the claim, then its a 10.

The final product looks as it should with just about all damage removed. The process however, was not good.

It took 4 tries to get the repairs completed. Nick was GREAT at the beginning, getting all repairs covered under the protectall warrenty. During the time he was away is when things went south. After 3 days, I returned to pick up my truck and noticed there were still a lot of spots still that had not been removed. They kept the truck for another day to remove the spots. I called mid day and confirmed with the guy in the body shop (not Nick) that the protectall would be re-applied prior to the truck being dropped off later that day. When the truck was dropped off to me at work, there were still spots, clearly visible. The guy who dropped it off came with a buffer to take any spots off. He spent an hour in the parking lot removing more spots. I asked him what to do about the protectall that was re-applied today that he most likely just buffed off getting these spots out, and he said there was never anything applied. I called back and spoke to the same guy, and asked why i was told this would be re aplied when it was never done. He said it probably should have been... Now I have to have my truck brought back again to have the protectall reapplied which took two days. When I called that day to confirm the work, Nick was back and I went over the entire situation with him. He made sure my truck came back to me the way it should have with the protectall re applied and damage spots gone. Nick was great during this process and just wish he was around the entire time.
