The folks at Rowe ford are very nice but I didn’t get any updates for a month. When I went to pick up the car, it was obvious that the bumper was painted a different color. They kindly fixed it but I ended up having to pay for a rental for extra days. My insurance only covered one month. Was not offered a loaner.
