R&R Autobody was started by Ron and Jackie Nielson in the 1980’s on Mountain View Avenue. In 1991 the business was moved to its current location of 641 W University Way. Another change happened in 1997 when Ron and Jackie were ready to retire the business was sold to Tom and Sandy Morris. Tom was an employee of R&R Autobody for quite some time before the sale. In the early 2010’s Tom and Sandy, recognized the population growth in Kittitas County was going to cause a strain on our ability to provide timely repairs for our residents. In 2014, the decision was made to partner with the Abra Franchise group. During those ten years, Abra helped R&R Autobody build the insurance processing and workflow requirements in order expand capacity without sacrificing our quality or timelines to match the needs of our growing community. In 2021, Tyler and Mackenzie Morris then purchased the business from Tom and Sandy. Tyler is Tom and Sandy’s son, and has worked within the family business since 2011.

Just had a problem with driver's side mirror and Trevor took care of it. The mirror will now adjust. As always R&R does a great job, I wouldn't trust anyone else.

The black guy at the front desk was very polite and professional, couldn't ask for more. McKenzie was fantastic. She took the time to drive my car to the rental place and walked back to the store. The car was fixed very quickly and looks great.

I give it a 3 only because the tech who did the repair did a good job but I truly felt like it didnt matter what I wanted done or how I wanted it done, just because it was an insurance claim (100% not my fault) I felt like I didn't matter at all, as long as it was fixed the cheapest way possible. I will most likely not be taking anything else there ever.
