The team did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. In fact, since it was an old vehicle, the repair looks better than the vehicle itself! They did a good job of blending things in nevertheless. Nice work.

I had a great experience with RSM Auto Body and especially Luisa throughout my repair process. From the beginning, she stayed on top of communication, helped push supplements and additional repairs through, and went above and beyond dealing with the insurance side of things. Luisa took the time to make sure the vehicle was repaired correctly, including helping address the rebar and additional damage concerns that could have easily been overlooked. She kept me updated, answered questions, and genuinely fought to make sure things were handled the right way instead of just rushing the job out the door. The paint and repair work came out great, and I appreciate the extra effort and professionalism from the entire team. If you want a body shop that actually advocates for their customers and cares about quality repairs, I would definitely recommend RSM Auto Body.

Luisa and her whole operation are easy to work with, very professional and prompt, and did a fantastic job on my Honda Accord. I’m not sure how they cleaned it up afterwards either, but it’s never looked better! Luisa was fantastic in helping me navigate a few insurance company hiccups, and seemed to be well connected. Also Honda certified for bodywork, which is not easy to achieve, apparently.
