Russo Auto repaired my vehicle after it was damaged by being hit on 2 separate occasions This was of course very upsetting to me. I was kept up to date about the repairs which gave me great relief. We brought our KIA Sorento in after I ran over a deer. Insurance covered everything and we picked up the KiA and left. Erie Insurance just finished looking at it again, because it was making a noise and I stopped at the nearest shop. They said it was not drivable and insurance agreed.

I am pleased that I was kept informed of the progress. Ted showed me what needed to be done and possibilities of delay due to damage and possible delay in getting a part. She I picked the car up he showed me the work done. The car looks as though it eas not damaged. Great job. Thanks
