From the minute, I walked in the door I was greeted very professionally They made the whole experience, painless and navigated through all the insurance papers and had everything ready when I walked in They told me when I could expect a job to be finished and it was finished on time the day it was supposed to be They allowed me to drop off my Rent-A-Car and arranged for enterprise to pick it up After inspecting my car, I could not be happier with the results I give them a five star rating

One of the most professional body shops I’ve ever dealt with. From the minute you walked in they had my file already explained to me the process and maybe feel very at ease. They told me when the car should be ready and it was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The bodywork and paint job that they did on my car was flawless.

Russo Bros. is a well establisshed, well known autobody shop. I chose them because I have dealt with them before and been very satisfied. They did not dissapoint. I was very satisfied with their face to face interactions and their quality of work is outstanding. I wasnt a fan of the automated text program. I guess we must march into the future and except the glitches. It kept telling me that they were on scedule but then never told me it was finished. A small inconvinience really but an issue that might really upset someone else. overall, where it matters, these folks are great.
