My mother warned me not to go to Rutherford, but I didn't listen.

Front passenger side door is not flush with back passenger side door, so there is more noise when I'm driving. When I picked up my vehicle and turned on my air conditioner, the passenger side started to blow hot air even though the passenger controls were at the coldest setting. Three of my locks no longer work. All of the repairs I requested to have done were not completed.

Very poor communication. The repairs were supposed to be completed in 5-6 days, but it took 18 days to finish the work. Nobody called to tell me that there would be a two week delay. Even though I scheduled an appointment a month in advance, no work was done for the first week my truck was there.
