We are fully prepared to handle your claim from tow, to rental car, to completion; with as little hassle as possible. Our experienced staff will guide you through the repair process and answer all of your questions promptly and professionally. Salem Street Auto Body is combination of two local auto body shops; Swampscott Auto Body and Middlesex Collision of Malden. We have now combined into one facility and we welcome all of our previous clients. We will be offering concierge claims service to all of our customers including free pickup and delivery.

I just think a few things were not great. Such as my camera is not fixed which I would be calling about a piece is falling down which again I will be calling about. I also just feel like there was no communication at all and I had to keep going to find out things such as picking it up

Professional and friendly and the work was excellent!!! It was completed on time! I was so surprised and happy when I picked up my car it was detailed! I would refer any of my friends to go there for car repairs.

Very happy with the job done on my 2016 Toyota Corolla. They worked directly with my insurance adjuster and got the work done in a timely manner. The paint job was great and my car runs like a charm! Highly recommend.

Did you get a chance to check the wiper fluid container-thingy under the hood? It still is not working. That is why I had hoped to pick my car up earlier in the week or earlier in the day Friday so I could go over everything before picking it up. Did not have the car ready when I needed it. Did not check/fix/communicate if it was looked at or not. I had to pick it up after hours and was not able ask in person. Car looked great though.

Sent my brand new 2021 truck in for repairs knowing the parts would be a wait for the shop to receive. Nonetheless, I was able to pick up the finished product not only on the timeline they promised but “she” looked exactly as “she” did the day I drive “her” off the lot! That new car smell was still present as I drove “her” off their lot. HIGHLY recommended. There’s a reason they “make friends by accident”.
