I choose a four as of recommending because of communications issue and a issue with something that had nothing to do with any of the repairs that was at hand.

The repairs (driver side mirror and driver side turn signal) were inserted correctly, but it's a problem with the wiring. When I use the turn signal neither signal that were inserted works at all. My hand brake handle wasn't broken until I got the car back, all four of my brake calipers have paint scratched off of them. Which I have no clue to how the outside mirror and the bumper turn signal has anything to do with the brake calipers nor the hand brake handle being messed with. I know mistakes happen but you guys could've informed me on the hand brake handle and the calipers being damaged, but I have talked to people in my family about Mr John's work and they said he does a excellent job so I can see fit with these parts in damages were a mistake and will be properly taken care of. When I first brought my vehicle in to you guys everyone were friendly and all smiles, when I received my vehicle and mentioned the mishaps. It seems to be some what of a problem as if I was wrong. I felt and still feel offended about the way it was handled. Then the customer service representative went on to say it was a wiring malfunction but couldn't provide any details on what was said. Mistakes were made but they can also be undone.
