The prepared area looked good..but lack of communication concerning the scope of work ..I asked to have a estimate above the damaged area to paint the entire car ..It was said our car could be totaled on the day I took it ..so I waited to hear from them but it was only when I was told car would be ready for pick up a week later that I heard back from salters ..I asked about the quote I had asked to repaint entire car above what insurance would pay.. and was told by secretary I think your car has already been painted ..I had reminded her and asked for estimate at least two times and asked again and finally got estimate of 1200 or so dollars I said go ahead and when I went to pick car up expecting it to be totally painted only the rear of car had been painted and was told that that's what was quoted secretary knew the truth of whole matter and agreed she thought and had relayed whole car but another lady aubey said that was not what was relayed to her..so I have a car with new paint on front new paint on rear and rest left un painted ..when I discussed it I basically was asked by owner if I really expected it to be painted entirely for just 1200 as if I was a fool for honestly thinking so..horrible experience and nothing done to justify my experience I could not recommend this business to anyone at all..

I am not satisfied that the tailgate closes properly, so I will have to return the vehicle, not something I want to do.

When we switched repair companies it was based on no delay in obtaining the needed parts, Salters said there should be no delay, not what happened.
