Salters did fine. I’ve used them several times before. I was not satisfied with the Nationwide claims process. I didn’t hear from the claims adjuster at all and had to call after two days. Only then did anything happen with the cat. Very disappointed in how Nationwide handled everything before Salters got the car.

Salters provided me with excellent service. They were very helpful and communicative throughout the whole claim and repair process and my car looks brand new again. They stayed open beyond closing time to allow me to pick up the car when it was finished. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone with auto body needs.

The Body Shoo never called me with updates though they did a great job. I had to call them to find out information with any updates though they said that they would call me.
