My Cadillac CTS had hail damage. I called 4 repair shops that were on my insurance list, but none of the did hail repair damage at their shop. I took it upon myself to call Salters to see if he did in house hail damage…. and he did. He was also on my insurance list. They were kind and very pleasant. My car was repaired quickly and they returned it it me spotless. It looked better than it did when I purchased it.

This is the second time I have used Salter's for repairs did due to an auto accident. My paint is white with flecks in it. They matched it perfect. Any parts they had to replace were aligned perfectly. Personally, I would never go anywhere else. I love my car and I love their service. I highly recommend to everyone. It was explained to me the reason my car was delayed two separate times was because of the pandemic and the inability to get parts. I believe them.
