The measure of excellent service isn't about not having problems, it's how the company handles a problem when you have one. When I got my Yukon back, I noticed some flaws. When I pointed it out, they owned it and repainted it. I really appreciated how friendly they were throughout the entire process. A special shout-out to Eric Wagner.

State Farm was overcharged by a crooked Mgr. make it right and send a corrected bill to them.

Because of Bill’s crookedness I will soon be paying more for my State Farm insurance. Forty nine days of Rent-A-Car and twelve thousand dollar bill for minor damages to my car. An honest dealership would correct the damage that that man did and not sweep it under the carpet. I appreciate the return of my deductible but it does nothing to correct the amount that State Farm paid
