All the work on GMC has been done at Sanborn. Eric and Elizabeth communicated great with me on timing of body work. Andrew is always a help in Service whenever needed. The courtesy ride with Alfredo is always great to and from my work.

Eric was professional, communicative, knowledgeable and prompt. He kept us updated throughout the process, stuck to his timeline, and communicated when he thought there may be a possibility that the provided timeline would be extended. I would highly recommend going back to Sanborn and working with Eric again.

Incomplete job that was carelessly looked over. Missing bolts and fasteners on wheel well and the bed liner is not there anymore, backflip bed cover installed improperly. Last time I let Sanborn work on my truck it was damaged. A leveling kit was installed the front end was not put back together correctly. When id use my brakes there would be violent shaking and grinding noises. Some parts were broke and needed to be ordered because of this. I am not having good experiences and each time more of my valuable time is wasted. I hope Sanborn will take more pride in their work and right their wrongs. Please do right by me and get this fixed in a timely manner as well as getting the graphene coating done that will need to be rescheduled now because of the errors made by Sanborn.

Don’t take job serious and have heard from many that they have bad experiences. Stuff not getting fixed or things saying they are but are not. Damaging vehicle and getting it back in worse shape then it was. I have had this happen to me twice

Picked up truck and job was not finished. I spotted missing hardware as well as the bed liner was never put back on. Had to bring it back the next day and get another rental. Had to also cancel my appointment for the next place that needed my truck. I have never given a vehicle to Sanborn without having an issue. This is the 3rd one.

Did not have to show any id or anything to pick up truck or answer any questions. Could have walked in stating I was picking up a truck and took it home.
