I had made an appointment a month in advance to bring my vehicle in April 1st. I dropped my vehicle and keys off on Sunday so they could get started right away. I never received a call all about the status. I was only having a small dent repaired on the bed of my truck... 2, 3 day max job. When “l” called the shop on Friday, I learned they had just strayed the primer and anticipated my vehicle would be ready Tuesday. When Tuesday arrived I got a call around 4:00 stating my vehicle was ready and they were sending a driver to come get me. Once we arrived at the shop I still had to wait for my vehicle as it was still in the back being buffed.
