We called several times over the 5 months that you had my car and the person handling our repairs didn't seem to care and the response we received from the person who answered the phone was "im sorry we are very busy." It didn't seem to bother anyone that my car sat there for that amount of time with nothing being done.

I am very happy with the body work done on my car. The job is almost flawless. Smooth & color match is awesome. The employees were pleasant to work with & the time of completion was only one day longer than estimated. The only thing that could be seen as not perfect, is my trunk lid. It is a tiny bit crooked. But so slight rain isn’t even getting in. All & all I am very satisfied with the work and will happily recommend Sanborn to my friends. My car is over 20 yrs old & I drove off your lot feeling like I had a new car. Wish I had the money to do both sides. As it is, I have have received several complements Thank you.
