My hood won’t stay open by itself down before the repairs are dead that’s my only complaint

The primary work (repair roof and satellite radio antenna fixed) was accomplished but only later did I discover that the slight ding on the passenger side door was not fixed. But maybe it may have needed further discussion for clarification.
