Michael in Collision went above and beyond to accommodate my change of plans. I called and asked to have my truck ready 3 days early. With the help of JB in Service and the Parts Dept. they worked together to get my truck fixed 3 days early! They overnighted parts, rearranged schedules and kept pushing till it was done. Sanders Ford working together and getting it done, saved me time and money.

The wrong door molding was put on which did not match the other side of vehicle. The replaced door was not sealed and sounds like the window is rolled down while driving along.

Sanders Ford made my experience of getting my car repaired, attaining a rental, and them picking up my car once it was done completely hassle free. I didn't need to find a way to return the rental. I was able to leave it right at Ford. My repairs to my car made it look brand new again after my car was hit. I didn't want anyone else but Ford repairing my car. Thanks for such a great hassle free experience!

At first we ran into some issues but we have to give a lot of credit to John Berger and Mr Gordon for correcting the situation and keeping us up to date with the progress. Also, Evelyn at the front desk is a sweetheart.
